Since the Living Our Values Award program began in June 2008, more than 400 Crowe individuals have won awards for demonstrating one of the firm’s core values—care, share, invest and grow. One individual, Becky Clegg, assistant director, Enterprise Solutions, Oak Brook, has become the first person to earn awards in all four value categories. “Becky’s achievement shows how we all can contribute to helping the firm achieve its purpose by demonstrating our core values,” said Tonya Karczewski, assistant director, People Services, South Bend. The following are Becky’s nominations in each category:

CARE – “Becky makes a major difference to the Oak Brook office,” said nominator Karen Rogers, senior associate, Enterprise Solutions, Oak Brook. “She cares so much about the people and the firm. When the air conditioning in the server room began overheating and causing computer service interruptions, Becky came into the office at 2 a.m. without complaint.”

SHARE – According to nominator Darnise B. Primer, senior associate, Enterprise Solutions, Oak Brook, “Becky has played a huge part in my success and has helped me to grow and develop in many ways. She always has a listening ear and is a great leader, sharing her knowledge to help others succeed.”

INVEST – Karen Rogers nominated Becky for her commitment to developing many plans to ensure that clients’ personal and financial information is protected by the firm. “She works with many BUs to accomplish this and shows them the importance of adapting new plans as needed.”

GROW – According to Michele Shippy, manager, Enterprise Solutions, Oak Brook, Becky was nominated for her willingness to take on new project opportunities. “Her participation, thought leadership and the customer excellence that she provided to the Cleveland office move project proved invaluable.”
